The rising popularity of .Com in Australia

I made mention of "online" branding in the sales report and quoted the amount of .com "online" recorded sales via NameBio. Today I got an email from NameJet mentioning the domain OnlineSupport/Com which in this moment of time seems to be quite a relevant domain. Not just branding but a critical method of communication. I see that there are currently 145 bids/backorders on this one, interesting to see that it has an Esitbot valuation of $3,600 which appears to be way off what the final price will be. Thoughts?

Looks like it sold on Namejet.com for $3,500 in 2018 so that is probably how Estibot "calculated" its value.

I see Juru/Com is up to $10,499 at Dropcatch .......how high do we think? (not that impressed by it personally)

I don't follow these much (I don't think they are that easily sold). The name is not that special and easily replaced with joro.com, jara.com, kuru.com and hundreds of other easily found alternatives. Having said that the wholesale drop market is very strong right now (whilst the enduser market is comparatively weak).

Didn
It didn't go any higher, agreed it's nothing special JooRoo Juroo .....ho hum

I see "TheBook/Com" sold for $21.251 which is interesting imo, I tend to think The Good Book may be worth more even though longer, anyways another "The" sale

Badly overpriced, though it is Godaddy so you never know for sure what price was actually paid.

I low balled syri/com when it was advertised on ebay. Just looking through my old emails I see he wanted $15k I think his final offer was around $7k this was in 2015

I wonder what kind of traffic that domain gets?
It'd be interesting to see for sure
I actually recall him saying he didn't want to deal with domainers. I doubt I would have even said anything about domaining so my guess is he gets a lot of enquiries (from domainers lol)

That is funny because only domainers are ever going to be interested in that domain.

Its like a Bong shop complaining about stoners coming into the store.

I see that France2050/Com has b33n sold for $3,000 Euro, wasn't France/Com taken back from the person who ran it as a website for many years? France is a little bit touchy about their domains, besides what happens in 2050 ?? I'll be 86 by then, is worth waiting for?

Ok it's a Carbon Neutral thingy, my Hiace will be converted to Hydro by then

Fake news story about "Koala.com.au", The company actually uses and promotes Koala.com and is a a great example of an Aussie company embracing .com.
