WOW.
  1. Is B.C.B Consulting Pty Ltd linked to the now auDA CEO Blair Cameron Boardman?
  2. What does B.C.B Consulting Pty Ltd do?
  3. Has B.C.B Consulting Pty Ltd received any form of benefits over the years from auDA or the auDA Foundation or any Supply party?
  4. Is the auDA CEO being paid via B.C.B Consulting or is he an employee of auDA?
  5. Members deserve to know what his company B.C.B Consulting Pty Ltd does, how it makes money, any links to auDA, Any potential Conflicts Of Interest, who it voted for at previous auDA elections etc.
  6. Isn't it a bit strange the auDA CEO was a demand class member and yet people on the auDA Board involved in the recruitment process pretended to not know him or have the close relationships with him, that he had provided votes for them as auDA Directors before when he got the auDA CEO job? https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/au_domain_administration_ltd_aud#outgoing-4446

Isn't is a huge Conflict Of Interest the auDA CEO personally and via his company may have voted for current auDA Directors and people who where in charge of voting for him to become the auDA CEO? https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/au_domain_administration_ltd_aud#outgoing-4446

  • B.C.B Consulting Pty Ltd - Demand
  • Blair Cameron Boardman - Demand

How can the auDA current "Independent Directors" or any other auDA current Board members think this is ok?

New Australian laws for foreign interference and espionage will be enacted and law by the end of this week.

Time to wake up auDA board and management to potential issues with overseas non Australian's ( including now the auDA Management and Board "open door" for any foreign governments or companies) stacking of auDA Membership, voting and influence now and into the future.

The risk to Australian Critical Infrastructure and the security of the .au namespace from within auDA membership or related to it is now more real than ever before.

You should have known better..

Paterson was born in Melbourne to John Austin Paterson and Marjorie Webber Ball. He was educated at Scotch College, and subsequently became a journalist, although he also worked as a sales and programming executive. He was a founding member of the Melbourne branch of the Liberal Party in 1982, and worked for party media training from 1982 to 1991. From 1987 to 1989 he was senior newsreader on ATV10, and a radio host and commentator on 3AW from 1988 to 1990. From 1991 to 1992 he was a self-employed media consultant.[1]

More importantly;

Who is in charge at auDA for Security and Risk?

Security and Risk Committee
  • Suzie Ewart (Chair)
Did Suzie gave the tick of approval for 955 foreign members. Did she actually know what she was doing when she considered it? I imagine as the Chair of the Security and Risk Committee she would have seriously considered the security and risk associated to approving foreign members. I wonder what was her advice was to the Board in this regard?

Who is in charge of Governance at auDA?

Governance Committee
  • Sandra Hook (Chair)
Did Sandra agree with Suzie to flood the membership with 955 foreign members? As the Chair of the Governance Committee I’m assuming she would have considered all the Governance risks associated with a flood of foreign members. Imagine the trouble you would get yourself into if you didn’t. Its not like China would want to creep in and influence policy or snatch up some critical infrastructure, right.

.

In fact their decision to approve foreign members implemented changes to the membership model without Membership consultation or consent.
