Do you also track if any of the dropping domains are manually re-registered within lets say 48 hours? Which would indicate that some are monitoring but not using NF or Drop.

I'd be interested to know how that kind of activity compares to the auctions.

maybe they are not even using DROP or NF they use the data here - http://www.auda.org.au/domains/drop-list/ and make their own analysis?

We have been actively tracking the drops for years per Auction Intelligence and while the market is extensive, the same names pop up daily, particularly in .au. The key in .au is active users.

According to my records there are on average 155 unique bidders per month (2013) at Netfleet.
In 2012 it was 167, 2011 was 126 and 2010, 58.
Last week saw 84 unique bidders for the week.
The daily numbers vary from 15 - 25 depending on the day of the week.

We also see 100 - 130 distinct users making offers on the Domain Catalogue each month.

really interesting stats AnthonyP , far less then I thought there would be, first thing that comes to mind is the 80/20 rule, of course the bidder numbers will depend on the quality of the dropping domain names.

given those stats I m now interested in how that relates to auda voting but I will post in that thread

Netfleet has more than 20 000 clients...

Anthony, are you saying that of your 20,000 clients only 0.775% bid on the drops every month or about 0.42% per day? I thought it would be higher too.
