Interesting - taken with a pretty loose connection by a perfume company. So the people who put in the dispute missed out anyway. Losers all around (except the perfume company I guess)
EDIT: VERY INTERESTING - The "perfume company" in question is actually the same company who had it cancelled! Ie it got taken off them and ended up dropping. So, they backordered it an clamined it back again!
Does anyone think this could backfire on them big time - ie they have been told they have no rights, domain has dropped, they have re-registered! That could potentially be in bad faith in a bad way I would think!
