Does anybody know who proposed this Functional Constituency model?

I'd never heard of a functional constituency until I saw it in auDA's submission. It's on the agenda and it was put there by the board.

I'd never thought the board would appoint it's own demand directors either but 3 board appointed demand directors later and obviously they feel they can manage without us pesky interfering members. Which is actually the main reason for the "reform" agenda.

It is not reform.

They are not addressing most of the Government review and the required actions.

This is rigged.

The Government was clear "Current management is not for fit purpose"... Hint Hint. Replace current Management and we will give you a chance auDA...

He made sure his name and anyone else from auDA was DELETED off it...

It is intended that over the next 5 weeks, auDA will have made contact with each member either through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences and/or email. The results of this consultation will be tabled at the AGM on the 28th of November, and will set the basis of future strategic and operational settings for the organisation.

This is an important next step for auDA as I further reform and improve our operations. I encourage all members to participate and would be pleased to answer any queries members may have regarding the process."​

The Government review was clear auDA urgently needs to improve their managements accountability and transparency

auDA should disclose and list.

1. Who each paid Consultant is
2. What relationships any of them have to auDA Staff or auDA Board Members
3. If they are linked to any auDA suppliers or other sub contractors ( such as Afilias or a Registrar etc)
4. How much is Liberal party auDA related Alister Paterson being paid?
5. Who are auDA's PR paid people? auDA needs to disclose who they are and how much they are being paid
This is really starting to get more serious.
