It wasn't a real offer to buy, simply trying to get a response from the previous owner. And it showed the owner knew the domains value but was oblivious to the fact he was letting it drop.

i was the actual under bidder on this name, and kicking myself i didn't go higher, the guys who ended up buying it thru 1300homeloan would of gone alot higher.... was hoping they wernt aware of the domain. this was a very good buy on there part... actual steal, with being the end user to attract brokers to there aggregator model. spoke to them today and they were stoked with the buy... ahh well always next time!!! :(

Yeah more and more end users are becoming aware of domains value AND aware of domain expiry auctions.

I'd love to know how many people have setup alerts with NetFleet to be notified when certain keywords are in domains that are being dropped.

I did bid on this domain to $25k, the buyers will have to work hard to make it work, as I know calculator domains have a high bounce rate, I'm talking 80%
