i think all the advice needed has been given so i might steal the thread and tell me if i shouldn't.
i'm interested in knowing who has been in this situation and stood their ground and survived? or been sacked.
--------
i'll start:
first time ( paperboy aged 11) survived and suggested that if he had better systems in place then i would not be able to do what i did
next i stood my ground, survived but got transferred to a different section.
next time different company, stood my ground and walked away with a pay rise.
next time, lost my job
next time, kept job and got an apology from management !
then a few more jobs and no hassles
now self employed its no different.
