Off topic question guys, is domain poaching against AUDA rules? For example, I find a domain GUIDEX.com.au, I see a business called GUIDEXAUSTRALIA.com.au, I register the first and then contact the end user if they are interested? Should I not do this?

Let's say for example it's a three letter domain, DOH.com.au, you register it on the basis it's a three letter domain.
Then you contact the end users that it may suit, Doors or Handles Australia, Dogs or Hounds Australia for example?
