I suspect the next big disgrace will be Ausregistry winning the .au tender, probably with terrible terms for everyone except Ausregistry and AUDA.

At least it HAS to go to tender this time.

Whilst we know that AusRegistry's board representative has to recuse himself from the ultimate decision making process, hopefully he won't be allowed to even partake in discussions with fellow Board members about the matter (private or formal).

Sorry Snoopy, I was just editing my previous post as you wrote this.

I can't imagine the ultimate decision not going to the Board.
