Does anyone trade in .org.au domains?

I'm just curious if anyone trades in .org.au domains? It seems too restricted to register, so I expect the market to sell them would be very small as well, is that right?

I believe there are no restrictions on the generic .org domains, so anyone can buy/sell these or use them for anything, right?

Even if the domain is Generic like Soccer.org.au the rules still apply.
Just search on Google for ".org.au restrictions" their is plenty of information which is easy to find.
