Sold.Com.Au .... Sedo Auction

I was looking at it for advertising in real estate which is class 35 goods I believe. The sold2.com.au trademark is for class 35 goods so you won't be able to use it for this. Can you see the problem now and the legal costs or am I imagining this?

Seems a guy called Sean from Sans Souci has purchased it. According to similar domains on that email account listed.

No. Chances of begetting a "a bargain" at auction are very slim.

Now has a classifieds site on it with zero listings. Would be better off with just a for sale message.
