2.04pm ESDT you normally get a result as soon as the tick appears on NF or drop it should appear on the registry, i have found.

Sounds like its time to update the tops sales for 2012 Is there a final result link on the site?
Personally I dont know if most general public Aussies really care if it is a .net.au . There are a few business using it now though I'm sure that they would prefer the .com.au if they could, but the point is I think the general population dont care if its one or the other as they have been exposed to both variants, as time goes on I can see the values between them getting closer.
This could be a driving factor in the .net pricing (or what people are will to pay) to either get the matching pair or pick it up for the keyword element where they missed out on the .com, .com.au versions in the past....they can still milk traffic from the generics.

Slightly off tangent DomainNames; but if .au comes into existence one day, would you click on that if it outranked the .com.au?
