Was researching for a domain appraisal service for some of my domains and found Epik.com Domain Appraisals - http://appraise.epik.com/

Has anyone used them before. I tried some examples like recent domain sales:
Appraisal: $34,000 - http://appraise.epik.com/hardware.com.au
Appraisal: $20,000 - http://appraise.epik.com/wines.com.au
Which sounded close to the mark, on their final auction price.

I tried most of my domains, and they came up with appraisals less than $200, expect for one 'LL.com.au' domain, which showed an appraisal of $37,000.
Now of course I want a second opinion. Is there a list of Australian Domain Appraisal service providers?

None of these services are trustworthy, usually way too high and all over the place. If they got something "right" it is probably either,

-Purely by chance or
-Because they use the sale data to calculate the value.
