Benefits of Buying Developed Websites?

I know this section is the marketplace but I didn't know where else to put this thread.

What would the main selling points be when it comes to selling an already developed website?

I'm trying to compile a list of the key benefits for buying developed websites so I can create a centralised resources to help streamline my selling process.

The benefit is that the buyer can begin earning revenue the minute they buy the domain. I don't see it as that big of a thing though seeing as many sites that are included with domains aren't terribly good

What do you think needs to come with a site for it to be good?

Aged domain
Established revenue
Established traffic
Historical data - identify trends etc
No development hassles (project managing)

I would agree with Paz. Also, remember that if a site looks really bad then that may be an issue too, depending on the time and money you can invest into it
