Why would anyone purposely look for trouble?

I just noticed this morning that someone has put a domain up for sale (on Netfleet) which is the real name
(first name, last name) of one of the place getter's in the Tour de France.

And what's worse it resolves to a parked page for Cheap Domains.

This is what gives domainers a bad name imho.

Yes Mr. Paul Barrett is risking losing it under the Usage and resale provisions of auDA Conditions

Well I'm sure they aren't purposely asking for trouble - they probably just don't know the rules and can't see the ethical argument

I guess that's a possibility David. He does seem to own a number of domains though.

Anyway, maybe someone like NF will give him a friendly nudge in the right direction. ;) I'm sure he will be grateful.
