my guess was a minimum of $250,000 because of the money it would generate over time , is that too cheap ? ..... what do you think

Haha...

Value wise it is definitely up there... I wouldn't put it as high as $250,000 though. I think it might be worth that much in 3-5 years, but in todays market I reckon around the $100,000 mark is about right.
