I pay between US$40 - US$85 for my servers with Serverpronto.
By service I mean their billing and support. I have been double billed a couple of times by them, corrected when I inform them (they credit next invoice). Several months ago I got a $50 / month promo server and they just informed me today that the price would be going up to $86 (about) dollars a month, they definitely did not mention a future price rise when I ordered it. I hate it when hosts do this, offer you one price you order spend time setting up server and systems and then they change the price on you! I also had a hard drive die in a server a few years ago, they apologised and gave me a very nice server upgrade for my trouble.
All in all Serverpronto has served my needs very well in terms of cost, you just need to be weary of the 'promo' offers and keep an eye on how much they are billing you. Don't think I can remember any significant downtime except when that hard drive died.
iWeb have been offering some pretty decent budget dedicated servers at the moment for around US$59 a month. Just want to know if they are ok to deal with before joining them.
It seems to be quite hard to get an objective review on hosting these days. Google search is full of comparison sites that rate the highest commission sites the best and reviews are always completely polarized between scam, warning, do not deal with to great host have used them for years with no problems.
