Sure, I sent an email out to about 20 management rights agents and I received 6 offers in 2 hours....that is all I meant. Usually I only get 1-2 interested parties, so 6 is a stampede.

Management Rights are when you purchase the rights to run a large accommodation complex, such as the many you see on the Gold Coast. Usually a lease will run for 25 years and in most cases you also purchase a unit in the complex. You then receive an income from the rental of the holiday apartments. Some sell for many millions of dollars so it is quite a competitive business...hope this helps
