Wipo.int : I find the statement about the length of time the domain was registered and used before there was a complaint quiet refreshing as I think this says a lot to "late comers" trying to muscle in, as you can imagine VC would have a lot of money to throw at you in lawyers so I think this one is a win for the "little guy" or in this case the little........... No I won't say it !
