Trademark Pending

I have a domain name and i found out today that someone has got a trademark pending on it on the exact match of my domain. ( i don't have it trademarked)

Class/es: 32
Status: Indexing Approved
Kind: n/a
Type of Mark: Word

now there is already 2 other trademarks for the same 2 word combo.

neither of them is in the same class/es as me so should i have any concerns or not?

PS: i really don't care about this domain but i'm creating the thread on the basis it could happen to a domain i do care about.
