I was watching the ABC the other night and saw a promo for a newish site the ABC have done for "technology challenged people".

We all know people (parents, relatives, friends etc) who simply don't understand some things about new technology.

Imho, this is excellently done, and I recommend you send this to anybody who may need it. It has an overview video, and then
simple step-by-step explanations for almost everything technical. It will save you hours of explantion!
