Its all in the detail...alot of the 'Legal High' stuff is made with legal ingredients, as soon as they legally ban a particular named product other slight variants come out in its place which is why they have trouble keeping up (the law).
Personally it wouldnt be my thing, youd have to be really on top of what is legal in which state and there are still a hell of a lot of 'legal high' items out there that can do serious damage...I wouldnt be comfortable with it myself.
