Should I Rebrand ?

I have my fun blog rod.tv and snoopy has suggested i rebrand to rodvideo.com ?

Let's see what the poll says? Would you go from such a short name (that is my name) to a longer .com that sounds awkward?

Wow two people prefer the .com version (of course one is snoopy) it sounds very misplaced to me and would have to be plural rodsvideos or rodvideos but to me rodvideo does not work, lot's of views but not many votes in this thread ?

I think with a video based site the .tv works, plus of course I would never be able to get the .com of my name so i was happy to go with the .tv, I am hoping overtime the content will help it be found, pretty much every post has an image and text as well as video, plus I do post new articles to facebook, twitter and google+ .....hopefully it builds. Snoopy knows I am just having some fun

You could still use the .tv as a redirect to the .com, or redirect both to rodtv.horse (unless that category killer has already been snapped up by a savvy broker).
