Ok, this is the deal...

I'm trying to stop working so much in SEO projects and instead I want to go ahead and flip for my sites.
In the past I had some success... but mainly I wasn't even doing it for the money, but more for the challenge.

So this is my plan:

I'm going to flip a site and try to achieve as much money as I can from it in just 6 months ..

I will be documenting everything I do.
From outsourcing
website setup
graphics
content
link building
and approaching buyers.

Everything will be documented in video.. so if the system work, anyone out there can get some tips and resources to apply in their own flipping path.

Question for you:

What steps in the whole flipping process do you think is one of the most difficult ?
What will you like to see in the videos?

Any real and proper advise will be great to read ...

I believe that documenting the whole process could be a nice product to give away to future domainers...

Sounds like a great idea, Gab. I think the finding buyers will be the most difficult - how you handle that will be the most important part IMO. Are you thinking end-user here?
