It was annoying but ya just gotta play the game - cost v benefit.

I thought these guys are also dntrade members and have some names for sale on netfleet.com.au ??

Their website shows some "interesting" trademark claims with the word "Aussie"

Bacon Farmer as a general proposition you can use a trademark for comparative purposes, might be best to PM me if you want to discuss your particular circumstances

DN, yeah they listed a whopper just recently on NF. With their experience with trademarks they could probably settle some of our arguments haha.
