Need Advice on How to Sell a Network of Sites I Own...

I didn't know the best place to put this question, but hoping this is ok.

So I have a network of health websites (5 sites and one additional domain, each for a specific type of diet) and I am looking to sell them. However, the main value is in one of the websites that get's about 95% of the traffic (about 9,000 visitors/month, and a Facebook page with almost 500 likes).

They are all PR2, and selling them individually would be the most profitable option as I could target specialist service providers, but as they area all interlink, I can see this becoming a problem.

Should I:

• Put them on Flippa as a Package
• Sell Them Individually to a Specialist Companies

Any ideas?

Bare in mind if you sell the best one (9000 visitors p/m) to a specialist company you may be able to "throw in" the other sites/domain, selling them as high quality backlinks

That's a good thought! My only issue is that the other sites content would be irrelevant though - so someone with a focus on the main site probably would not be interested in the upkeep of the additional sites.

put them all together, in whatever sale you do.

"but wait theres more" sales pitch !

think about it as a "walk in walk out " bricks and mortar business deal, you've created it and now someone can go forth and prosper and you have value added to the core business.

Im leaning to agree with Tim. Youre right that it might not be that attractive for a seller but it will just bring up issues trying to sell them separately
