Landing Pages and Lead Development

Hi All,

As a few of you are aware I recently went out on a limb and bought the sub domains:

mortgagecalculator.au.com
homeloancalculator.au.com
loancalculator.au.com
stampdutycalculator.au.com

along with a few other relevant to my industry.

My intention is to turn these into Landing Pages with the calculators easily available and of course adwords, along with links and banners leading directly to our own website (I own a finance brokerage).

It seems simple enough to me, but does any one have any suggestions as to how I can improve this or any ideas of other options?

Please note that the main goal is to obtain leads for our finance business, not adwords revenue, as single lead can generate thousands in commission.

The exact searches on these key words are 100k a month plus.....

Am I thinking along the right lines?

Any help as per usual would be so greatly appreciated.

So how are you going to get traffic to the sites?

My suggestion would be to use them in an Adwords campaign, buy the traffic and hope that the domains help make this cost efficient and give a good ROI.

Using KW-Rich domains for Adwords is one of the last great secrets about domain values - it can slash your Adwords budget.

Agree with David, I don't think landing pages would cut it with organic search traffic in such competitive markets.. you'd need more content just to get the long tail phrases.

Adwords campaign could be the way to go
