Pretty cynical take. So I take it you didn't actually complete the questionaire.

A few things to note about the project:

• Vote Compass is developed by Vox Pop Labs, an independent, non-partisan group of social researchers and data scientists
• Its objective is to promote electoral literacy and public engagement in election campaigns
• Vote Compass stimulates voter engagement by offering the electorate the opportunity to engage with and compare the policy platforms of political parties in a clear and accessible manner that addresses points of differentiation between the parties on a range of important issues
• Vote Compass results are not intended and should not be interpreted as voting advice

The vast majority of Victorians have already made up their minds. We are predisposed to vote a certain way. The expensive smear campaigns are for the 5% who have not made up their minds.

I think I pay closer attention to the political landscape than most people, and I found it helpful and interesting.

Finally how can a test be compared with a questionaire?

i wrote a RANT about some of the questions and then deleted it.

i think its more a discussion face to face, maybe its just recent events in my life that made me write the post so i am glad i deleted my original rant.

i read all questions but didn't complete.

i found the questions to loose in context and could be easily misconceived IMO.
