Seems a little dodgy. I've heard of things like this in the past where the hackers (real or not) turn around and attempt to blackmail their customer by threatening to tell the subject of the hack you have/attempted to spy on them.

If you want to spy on someone, or a company do it in a ethical way by using Maltego.
