Just like to post that the deal has been done and everything has gone smoothly. i'm sure it would have been quicker but it was the weekend so in reality this could have easily been done in a day.

the previous owner can choose to post or not but i will definately deal with them again.

Well its all gone through now, seems i stuffed up on the COR with NF and i'd like to thank Anthony for sorting it out for me so promptly.

one thing i learnt was i should have kept the seller in the loop and didn't for a couple of days but its all cool now as i did email him in the end but i would say if you are doing this and you do have an issue then an email to the seller/buyer is worth the 10seconds.
