now this thread seems to be solved, on a slightly different note......... i use to look after my clients....... i'd send the invoice, they didn't pay on time and then i'd renew with my money so the website/email didn't go down, these days NO MORE, pay the bloody bill, we now send an invoice 30 days out, then a reminder 7 days out, we are not registrars, we are just "gate keepers" for their domain.
and i can tell you "it works" , they only ever do it once !
one client said "cheque is in the mail " and i said " great, once i get it, deposit it, and it clears,but i'm with bankwest so it takes 4 days to clear then your website will be back online " he then said " ohhhhhh, i haven't posted it ....... i'll do a direct transfer now " !!!
don't take sh1t from clients or you will just keep getting it.
