Very strong term, but I really don't like hyphens!
In Europe they use hyphens a lot - so they hold better value and I've seen hyphen domains hit some big figures. In Australia though it's a very different story, hyphens are far less commonly used.
High search volume and lots of competition on the term. Very commercial focus and monetisable. All great points, but I still can't get past the hyphen, which for me brings the value down considerably.
Given it's such a strong term I would say high $xxx up to $1500 best case scenario.
Granny-Flats.com.au sold recently, so maybe this month is the time for flipping hyphen domains! Best of luck with it, hope you get a sale.
