Best option to catch a dropping .com?

Just wondering if you can tell me what the best option is to catch a dropping .com domain? GoDaddy Backorder?

I found an old article talking about dropping tlds and Snapnames, eNom and Pool.com were all mentioned, but are these still the best options?
