If it was that easy, why would anyone bother with professsionals to make the submission? I don't mind spending the money for the application, but if there's a good chance it will get rejected, it seems a waste.

Well i'm no rocket scientist and the two I have applied for were approved. As i say find the correct class and apply. If you don't mind spending the money to try how is it a waste?
