whoever buys it still has to work it to get a return, you have given the domain no "goodwill"
The site was not designed to be a quality enduser site, it was built to provide me a revenue stream until such time as a buyer could be found, in addition to showing the buyer the basics of ranking in Google.
i like the banter, i'm only a member of a few (3) forums all of which are VERY factual about code and programming so there is RARELY any emotion in responses from them so please be patient with me on my first day into this forum.
So much of selling domains is about branding, strategy, sales, negotiation and emotion - facts and figures aren't the be all end all in this field (that's not to say they aren't important though).
I can feel a fee coming on .........
LOL - I was seriously considering deleting that line about getting value out of the appraisal system...
