Decided to do a clearout of all my domains with 14,800 local exacts that I haven't got time to develop.

Obviously these are NOT lucrative niches but with a bit of effort a minsite should deliver a return by virtue of the high search volume. I've done it with other domains like these (eg CocktailRecipes.com.au - recipe sites are notoriously hard to monetise but thanks to an exact search vol of 6,600, it now generates a few bucks every day) but I have lots of other stuff to concentrate on and so these domains could do with a better home.
$500 + GST + Transfer ($50 each @ Intaserve or Drop). Post sold to claim
