I can't make it. I do want you if you can to collectively talk about some major auDA issues.
So you have something to talk about besides sport and family etc maybe watch the videos from Jim Stewart PLUS try to get the auDA PRP meeting Audio and presentations from Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Crazy stuff which is having a massive damaging affect on our trusted ,au namespace.
Brett Fenton and Melbourne IT MUST resign from the auDA PRP or be removed. They should not have ever been on it with their previous actions around the proposed competing .au extension and some statements made against rightful .au domain name owners..

Same table!?.. they all look the same!..ok, lets call it tuesday 20th, euro beer cafe, same table
tim
As you come in the main doors, first table on the right.Same table!?.. they all look the same!..
I don’t get it."Is Brett Fenton and Melbourne IT's agenda running the auDA PRP agenda to push this in? Reading past submissions and public materials I can certainly see some links..."
Brett Fenton has been a director of auDA, is on a number of names panels and is currently the Chief Customer Officer of Melbourne IT Group.
It seems they even said the words "lets push for this change" themselves!
"We strongly encourage everyone to vote to support the change. Australia is behind the rest of the world in many things, but let’s push for this change!"
i stand for only the best way, and if that way is no way then that is the way, any logical organisation would chose that? surely.
I think I have said this before. Domainers did not like his survey and they screamed foul. The auDA board listened and conducted their own survey with the same result. Domainers still scream foul. It is time to stop trying to find fault and time to take responsibility for shaping the future. It really does not matter if you and I disagree on the YES/NO debate, what is important is that we both try to shape a better HOW result.Yep and if you need advice on how to present invalid, out of context, one question surveys as support for direct registrations... Hit him up.
Every panel that has ever been convened has a terms of reference... it has nothing to do with the current CEO.The problem to me seems to be that Mr Boardman has told the panel to find a way, any way, no matter how bad.

Is this why the panel seems to be now looking at what was described as "the least worst outcome"?
