Who told you, some dude on the internet? Was this person reputable and knowlegable, and was it backed with evidence? Can you be sure they're not just trying to hype the .ooo extension because they invested in it themselves?
All good questions to consider, before you decide to invest....

I think you have done your money on this. If you want LLL domains best to start with LLL.com.au. You can buy these domains from about $80 and up, much better investment than .ooo

Lots of these probably available. I suspect the vast majority of registered and unregistered ones with be not profitable to hold.
