I manage a handful of .co's, the only one I've had decent offers for was a 3 letter.

Just sold my LLL.co for $400 USD. Paid via escrow.com. Too easy.

Initial enquiry came via email. I was a little suspicious and therefore requested escrow.com rather than PayPal.

Perhaps I should have picked up more of these back in 2010...

Can you make money selling at this kind of margin?

Perhaps if you could do it at scale, but I'd hate to rely on it to pay my mortgage.

I think the sale price would need to be much higher. Eg if someone is making say $300 profit for a $100 investment on a longshot (I'm guessing that is around your cost as it seems renewals look to be $20+). Most domains are long shots.
