I thought DIY.COM.AU dropped a couple of weeks ago, now it's dropping again with a PD ( same as last time ) - any ideas why it's a PD ? any legal issues?

it got pulled out of delete the day before it dropped, the same thing has happened today (it has not actually dropped) - very odd
