Well it's short, passes the radio test and has good branding potential (marketing or promotions firm, fashion brand etc).
However, it's one of those names that you need to wait until someone really wants it for their brand, basically they knock on your door wanting to buy. It's not a slam-dunk, super-desirable domain that will sell itself, or one that has a lot of liquidity (i.e. you could sell it quickly at a wholesale price).
I would say a few hundred dollars wholesale price, but maybe you get lucky and get low-mid $xxxx to an end user.
I bought Voila.com.au for less than $200 on the drop a few months ago, which I think is in the same ballpark. Great brandable domain, but not something you could shop around and get immediate buyer interest for. Domains like this are still fairly easy to get in .com.au.
I like the domain, but there are a lot just like it in .com.au and I own a few of them myself
Excellent insight, Demonoid. Appreciate it, cheers. Tbh I don't own this domain. I was looking to buy it but the owner won't budge on the price and I was curious as to why as I imagine offers for it wouldn't come all that often. I've moved on to another domain and won't be pursuing this one. But you're close to being spot on for what they want, however, like most here, I need wholesale not retail etc etc
It was indeed a good post by Demonoid.
Just in relation to your last sentence though - wholesale not retail. I've found that by being willing to pay a bit more sometimes, you can still get yourself a great deal
that pays off handsomely in the long run. And I can cite many, many examples of other domainers / domain investors who do the same.
By the way, Trendy.com.au is available.

trendy is a great name imo
shows up as taken now
When I said available, I meant from me Spacey!
well it 's still a good name ..even if you own it !
I also used to "own" Collingwood.com.au - but I couldn't live with the stigma, so I sold it.
