Was it a mistake to forget to renew these domains that are dropping?

Hi

So I forgot to renew some domains.

Do you think it was a mistake to forget to renew these domains that are dropping today/tomorrow?

sharemarkets.net.au
stockmarkets.net.au

probably worth more than reg fee, someone will pick them up (especially now you've flagged them! ;-)

Don't be too upset, I wouldn't have registered them myself (I'm not a fan of .net.au).

As a disclaimer of sorts, I do own one .net.au (Kitchenware.net.au - recent purchase).

i'm also not a fan of .net.au

if you "forgot" then take it as a sign that you've done nothing in 2 years with them.

sometimes "one mans trash becomes another mans trash " :)

you still have 23 hours to come up with a plan for them, which starts with " what are they worth to you" then " what are you going to do with them" and ends in "are you going to do it " ?

otherwise save your money.

Doesn't work well in plural in view. The fact that someone will pay some nominal amount on the drops doesn't mean they are worth keeping. Someone else's problem now.

So $50.95 each then for another 2 years reg.

I think Tim's quote earlier sums it up nicely :D

So there we have it, get it in front of a lot of domain buyers and register for a couple of years and you might get $1.

iirc this thread had only 1 or 2 views by droptime. Both Netfleet/Drop had it buried.

So your premise is incorrect in your assumption.

Not talking about people seeing it in this thread, I'm talking about it going to the drops which is a near perfect market in terms of getting a whole lot of domainers at one time.

The name was buried though, dead and buried by all those who looked at it.
