its the same old answer, the wiki answer:

brandable but worth nothing unless money is spent on branding, its the domain you let drop and someone buys it for $200 and you ask yourself " why couldn't I have sold it for $300" ?

but it will cost you more then $400 to try and find the person to buy it.

so surrender and let it go :( , we all do it :( move on.

Agree with Tim. Devlop and sell to an existing company or start up. It's a decent domain. Defintely shows intent.

Suspect it might be sellable as their is some ok stats there. Would list it for sale and try and get whatever you can.

Sounds like a waste of time/money, especially so given the posters comments "I bought it with intentions to develop but I really can't see that happening soon.".

It seems to be hard work selling a domain name as a catalogue listing through Netfleet these days from what I can see. The drops are selling but that seems to be about it. I was having a look today and it doesn't seem like too many listings have even received an offer. Saying that I think 99.9% of the listings appear unrealistically priced so people probably just have a quick look and don't even bother making an offer. What do others think?

Like every other domain market there are loads of people that think their domains are worth a small (or large) fortune. Some will get their sale, but most will watch the tumble weeds blow by year after year.

I do think there are still some good buys on every marketplace though and I've bought a few from Netfleet over the past few months. I've bought one in the last week actually.

I should also note that I buy almost entirely through 'buy now', although I've also made some offers (and closed a deal on a small number). Pricing your domains makes for easier sales, it took me a long time to learn that as a seller and as a buyer my preferences are the same.

Thanks Demenoid. It's good to hear that some sales are occurring from the catalogue side of Netfleet. I have to admit that I had a heart attack when I clicked on the domains for sale link and looked down the first page of domains and saw the prices. Plenty of tumbleweeds blowing across that page!

Forget about Netfleet, best thing you can do is put a for sale page up on the domain.

I still think it's worth listing domains on aftermarkets.

I use Sedo and for my .com.au domains I also list on Netfleet.

For some of the higher value domains or ones that I'm not as keen to sell - I still list them at 'make offer' and set a high reserve (I don't think you can set one on Netfleet).

I admit it can be time consuming if you have a lot of domains. But there are bulk tools for adding domains on Sedo, I think also on Netfleet but I haven't used it.

I recently pointed a lot of my .com domains to their Sedo sales page, that took me a couple of days!
