I like the sound of the domain but also can't see to monetise it.

Thought this was a .com.au when I first saw it. I think in .com form it is far more limited because the term is largely Australian so it doesn't fit well.

Rest of the searches are Canada - 880 searches (maybe some limited potential but it's available in .ca so why would anyone pay a premium?) and South Africa 1300 searches (not likely to be a good market & has a strong cc tld). 110 local searches (US) with Medium advertiser interest, don't see the market.

Negotiate with Demonoid is my suggestion.
