Director.com.au is definitely the best of the two.

I don't see any commercial value in Magistrate.com.au - who would the buyer be? I personally can't see any potential buyers for it, so I would say less than $100 - probably not worth renewing.

For Director.com.au, I would say high three figures to low four figures. There is more commercial potential with this one and a small number of organisations that might be interested. Worth keeping in my opinion and hopefully you can get a sale.

I agree with Demonoid, I wouldn't sell as a pair - Director.com.au is pretty good and would have many more options.
