It's on No Reserve auction with current bid of $10.

Thought it wouldn't get a bid so I can hardly argue this is a bad result.

goes to prove the very low market value of net.au compared to .com.au

why waste your money and time with .net.au's? Non domainers / industry people all relate to the .com / .com.au term.

I do hope those who invest large sums for .net.au's get at least their money back. It's always better to pay a lot more and get the .com.au if its a name you really want

I think the fact that the auction was between Christmas and New Years has the biggest bearing on the final result. The dot net dot AU wasnt going to make as much as the dot com AU, but I think $10 is too cheap if the interest in the comAU reached $7G. The new owner could relist it in a couple of months and get their money back easy I reckon.
