As for BoraBoraResorts.com.au, I reckon this definitely has some potential.

A good friend of mine (and member here) owns BoraBora.com.au, and they make regular income from their site. Have a look.

Not sure about the borabora one.

The high tea name: it is going to be a limited market, personally I don't the type of person running a site like that is going to shell out much and the term doesn't fit well as a domain despite the reasonable looking search stats. Lastly the extension isn't right. Would say $0.
