We will not be participating in the drops today, but are confident that we will be operational again for tomorrows drops. We will update you once we are operational again.

Sorry to hear this Anthony - hope everything gets sorted out quickly.

Quick question. Please forgive me because I'm not very technically minded, but is any other part of the NetRegistry group affected by this? Aren't you in the same building and share infrastructure? Or is it all separate?

I'm just worried about the security of my domains that were won on Snapper and then automatically shifted to the special associated NetRegistry account. Or is there nothing to worry about?

Don't mean to sound alarmist, but after that DistributeIT situation a while back ..................

Thanks for the support guys - we are working through it and wil update as soon as we can.

Ned, no - no part of Netregistry Group is affected. You domain names are in no way compromised. Our systems are entirely independent.

Hi guys,

I really do feel for you guys because you are living my definition of a nightmare, but I am really shocked that a bunch of switched-on people like yourselves failed to patch an exploit that's been known about for nearly 2 months.

I hope you can get this sorted out as quickly as possible, and if you need any assistance please don't hesitate to ask.

Back up and running guys - again, apologies for loss of service over the last few hours.

Good news.

My password doesn't work anymore - did you change all these?

And when I tried to do a password reset, I didn't receive the validation email. Tried it twice. Can you please advise?

Experienced some issues with new password. Requested a new password and still issues.

Assume there are still a few bugs that need to be ironed out.

I just sent you a new password - and tried it myself, and all working.

We omitted to say in the early hours of the morning that usernames no longer work - you must use your email address instead. I will get this updated on the site to be more clearer. Sorry guys

Please try logging in with your email too!

I take it your still having issues with the logon. Im having problems accessing my account. Have tried using email address as the logon and also requested a new password but didn't get anything sent to my email.

Ok, we look to be having intermittent email/login problems due to the switch to a tighter login process. Working for most, but not working for some.

Please bear with us while we work through this problem
