Geo Directory Sites!

I have been commissioned to sell a range of 2 and 3 word geographic directory sites e.g. City name /occupation or business. They are all .com.au.

The seller is extremely motivated, and will look at all reasonable offers.

Imo, some of these are fantastic opportunities.

• The seller is part of a large corporate group that is restructuring, and these domain names / websites haven’t fit into their business model for some time.
  
  
• Unfortunately, due to the above circumstances, there are no current statistics or analytics available. But you should certainly be able to put a value on these domains once you know what they are.
  
  
• A lot of the sites have a considerable amount of pages and inlinks - and are still ranking well despite having been “unattended to” for some time.
  
  
• As I have said, the seller is highly motivated to sell, and they will look at all reasonable offers in order to achieve a quick sale. They do not wish to publicize the domain names on this forum, but they will be provided to qualified applicants.

Just a follow up to yesterday's post.

The first list I have put together contains nearly 75 "tradesmen" orientated domains - and they all relate to a City / Town followed by the particular "trade".

A lot of them have existing websites, and are well worth a look imo. Just screams "directory"!

SOLD!

Jut closed the deal on these 75 plus another 7 domains that we "found" along the way.

The seller was keen to move them, and the buyer got a great buy.

Win / win!

I'll post further details in the sales thread when the transaction settles.
