Domain Snapper Auctions - NZ Live

Hi Folks

Happy to say we've finally made the NZ snapper platform live:

Over our testing period we've seen some great NZ domains drop which I'm sure you'll appreciate soon! Please note, our platform is in beta so please bear with us if there are any problems in the interim (and please let us know too).

A few NZ specifics:

* Auctions end at 10:30pm AEST and re-open one hour later.
* Standard domain registration is $29.95 AUD ex GST for a 1 year license period
* Eligible registrants are identifiable individuals over the age of 18 or properly constituted organisations.
* 2LDs that are freely available are .ac.nz, .co.nz, .org.nz, .net.nz, .geek.nz, .gen.nz, .maori.nz/.māori.nz, and .school.nz
* Domains can be sold at any time, for any reason! (pending a 5 day grace period after registration - a far cry from 6 months though!)
* On successful registration, domains will be added to the same Netregistry account we have for you, and you will be billed as you would for AU

Just checking in to see how you guys went, and was sad to see no green ticks for you. Seems like some issues still need to be ironed out.
Eg. lungcancer.co.nz:
query_datetime: 2011-05-27T01:43:59+12:00
domain_name: lungcancer.co.nz
query_status: 220 Available

... however it had a $10 bid on it (not mine).

I just had a look over the history of the NZ snapper Auctions.

NF Don't seem to have much game in that platform.

Won 2 good names a few days ago using NF. But yeah, they tend not to get most of them.

Actually, we tend to get most - averaging about 65% success.

We had a bug though in the history page, and it wasn't showing the green ticks.
